Shipping policy
Order Processing & Tracking:
Jernigan Nutraceuticals aims to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, are targeted for same-day shipment, but this is not guaranteed.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped on the following business day.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your package.
Domestic Shipping & Handling Fees:
Standard shipping options are available at checkout.
Express shipping options (Overnight and 2nd Day Air) are available for orders placed Monday through Thursday.
While express shipping options may be visible during weekend checkout, these orders will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping & Customs:
International shipping rates vary based on weight and destination.
Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
The prices listed on jnutra.com do not include duties, insurance costs, value-added taxes (VAT), tariffs, or local taxes.
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees and taxes upon delivery. Please consult your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
Due to evolving regulations on natural product sales, customers are advised to verify local regulations that may affect their order's receipt.
Jernigan Nutraceuticals is unable to issue refunds for orders seized or destroyed by customs unless the order is returned to our warehouse in undamaged and resalable condition. Refunds will be for the cost of the products only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
