Because we are a supplement company and protocols are purchased without full clinical oversight, individual outcomes may vary. Our protocols are designed as carefully researched, standardized starting points to support common patterns we observe in the healing process. At the point of purchase, protocols cannot be fully personalized unless a phone consultation is first booked with the owner and founder, Dr. Sara Jernigan.

That said, healing is rarely linear or one-size-fits-all.

Personalized guidance becomes available when questions arise or additional support is requested - particularly through direct communication and phone consultations. Our Protocol Partner Guarantee exists in part to bridge the gap between standardized protocols and the nuanced, individual responses that may emerge once a protocol is underway.

If you complete a Jernigan Nutraceuticals protocol as directed - or discontinue it due to intolerance after appropriate use - and genuinely feel the protocol was not a meaningful part of your healing path, you may request:

Our intention is not simply to offer credit, but to ensure you feel supported, heard, and guided toward the most appropriate next step for your body.

Conditions for Consideration

To request consideration under the Protocol Partner Guarantee, the following are required:

  • Completion of a Refund Request Form

  • Participation in a complimentary 15-minute re-strategizing call with the owner and founder, Dr. Sara Jernigan

This call allows Dr. Sara to understand your experience, assess any intolerance or lack of response, and determine whether the most supportive next step is to:

  • Adjust dosage or pacing

  • Continue the same protocol with modifications

  • Transition to a different protocol or approach using store credit

The outcome of this call will guide how we proceed together.

Eligibility Guidelines

  • The protocol must be used consistently and in good faith, following recommended instructions

  • If discontinued early due to intolerance, use must be sufficient to reasonably assess the body’s response

  • The protocol must be either:

    • An official Jernigan Nutraceuticals protocol, or

    • A custom protocol recommended during a phone consultation with Dr. Sara Jernigan

  • This guarantee does not apply to Build Your Own Bundles

  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date

  • Limit one Protocol Partner Guarantee request per household

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Credit may be applied toward:

    • Future product purchases

    • Protocol modifications

    • Shipping

  • Approved store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days

Consultations with Dr. Sara are intended to provide educational support, protocol guidance, and general wellness insights informed by experience and observed patterns. These consultations do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for in-person care from a licensed healthcare provider.

This guarantee applies to the product experience and educational support provided and does not constitute a promise of symptom relief, diagnosis, treatment, or cure.
