JNutra Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Authorization & Eligibility

At JNutra, we are committed to supporting your wellness journey. If a product isn't the right fit for you, we are here to help.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Prior Authorization is Required: You must complete our Returns/Replacement Form before shipping any items back.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, with the seals fully intact.

  • Packaging: Items must be be shipped with protective packaging so that it arrives in shelf-ready condition.


2. Store Credit & Exchanges

To ensure you can continue your health protocol without interruption, all approved returns are issued as Store Credit.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a discount code/Store Credit for the value of the product.

  • This credit never expires and can be applied to any future order or used to try a different formula that may better suit your needs.

3. Exceptional Monetary Refunds

We understand that unique circumstances may arise. In the rare event that a monetary refund is requested and approved by our management team:

  • Refund Method: All monetary refunds are issued via physical company check (we do not offer refunds back to credit cards or third-party payment gateways).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 14–21 business days for the processing, verification, and mailing of your refund check.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Shipping & Damaged Items

If you received a product that was damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us through the Returns/Replacement Form  within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you immediately.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

  • Sale Periods: To ensure our small team can fulfill orders quickly, returns received during major sitewide sales will be processed at the conclusion of the sale event.
