Allermac helped me breathe after C'vid, relieves phlegm, allergy congestion & blocked sinuses

Two months ago, when I couldn't breathe deeply after C'vid, Dr. Sara Jernigan told me to take 1/2 tsp 3x a day. Now I feel the best in years! No C'vid symptoms! I am also experiencing relief from phlegm, allergy congestion and blocked sinuses. When I experiment by taking 1/4 tsp 3x a day or with 1/2 tsp morning and night, symptoms return.
